Straight A's

d is just finishing 5th grade this year. She just called me a few minutes ago to let me know that she made straight A's again this six weeks. This is the first year she has made straight A's all the way through. I am very proud of her. She has worked very hard to get to get those A's. She is a very bright kid (although she does have her blonde moments). It's hard to believe it's been 11 years since we brought her home from the hospital.
